Subject: Warning! Lacks January 2011 Errata
This document lacks the January 1,2011 Errata. Because this is a reference document, this out-of-date version is essentially useless because it is impossible to know what has and has not changed as a result of the errata.

If an updated version of this document can be provided, I will be happy to revise this rating.
